Customer responsibilities

Service limits

Items outside the agreed scope may be declined. Hazardous, regulated, unusually heavy, attached, or utility-connected material requires advance review.

Job-specific terms

Cancellation, payment, property-access, and damage procedures may appear in the estimate or service agreement for the job.
